Can you pick up from upstairs rooms? +
Yes! We offer inside pickup service from any room, including upstairs bedrooms, basements, and apartment buildings.
How far in advance should I book? +
We offer next-day service in most areas when booked before noon. For guaranteed scheduling, we recommend booking 24-48 hours ahead.
