Bulk Trash will be picked up (12) times per year, once per month on your scheduled collection day. A few things to know: place all items for collection in a neat and orderly manner within three (3) feet of the street; bulk shall not be placed more than 7-days prior to the properties scheduled collection day; do not place bulk items for collection within three (3) feet of a mailbox, fence, utility pole/boxes, storm drains, vehicle, tree, landscape pavers, fire-hydrant, or other damageable property; do not place items in front of a vacant lot or home, they will not be collected. This is considered illegal dumping and subject to prosecution. If that timing doesn't work, we can usually come tomorrow.

No, sorry — we can't take a mattress with bed bugs. Same goes for anything soiled with bodily fluids, badly water damaged or moldy, or contaminated with chemicals. It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. Sagging, coffee stains, pet hair, a tired-looking cover — we pick those up every day. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you book and we'll tell you straight away.

No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not. We'll text you when we're about thirty minutes out so you know it's been done. If you can't get it outside, in-home pickup is available for an extra fee. If something changes on the day, call (720) 263-6094 and we'll move it.
