It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. Sagging, coffee stains, pet hair, a tired-looking cover — we pick those up every day. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you book and we'll tell you straight away.

No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not.
