No more than two bulk items can be placed at the curb each week. A few things to know: mattresses must be wrapped in a mattress disposal bag or mattress storage bag for pick-up; all carts, bins, bags, bundles, bulk items must be set out at the curb no earlier than 4 p.m. the day before collection and no later than 7 a.m. the day of collection. No, sorry — we can't take a mattress with bed bugs. Same goes for anything soiled with bodily fluids, badly water damaged or moldy, or contaminated with chemicals. It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. Sagging, coffee stains, pet hair, a tired-looking cover — we pick those up every day. If you're not sure, send us a photo before you book and we'll tell you straight away.

No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not. We'll text you when we're about thirty minutes out so you know it's been done. If you can't get it outside, in-home pickup is available for an extra fee. If something changes on the day, call (720) 263-6094 and we'll move it.
