It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not. We'll text you when we're about thirty minutes out so you know it's been done. If you can't get it outside, in-home pickup is available for an extra fee.
