No, sorry — we can't take a mattress with bed bugs. Same goes for anything soiled with bodily fluids, badly water damaged or moldy, or contaminated with chemicals. It's not us being fussy: an infested mattress would put everything else in the truck at risk, and it can't be recycled or donated either. Normal wear is completely fine. No. Almost all our pickups are curbside — put the mattress out by 8am on your pickup day and we'll take it whether you're home or not.
