Can you remove items from upstairs bedrooms? +
Yes! We offer inside pickup service from any room in your home, including upstairs bedrooms, basements, and apartment units. Additional fees may apply for difficult access.
Do I need to remove bedding and pillows? +
Yes, please remove all bedding, pillows, and personal items before pickup. We only remove the mattress, box spring, and frame (if included in your service).
What if my item isn't on the accepted list? +
Contact us before booking to discuss your specific items. We may be able to accommodate special requests or recommend alternative disposal options.
